Mont-Sainte-Anne reunion

This past weekend we went to Mont-Sainte-Anne, near Québec City, to attend an event put on by our adoption agency, Formons une Famille. Of the 10 families who had traveled with us to China, 5 were able to attend ... so we had a little mini-reunion!

It was really nice to see all the girls after having been home for 9 months. As they are all now 16-18 months old, you can just imagine how "busy" they all are! :} Not to mention how adorable!

It was great to catch with all the parents as well. Hopefully, we will be able to stay in touch over the long term. The girls all have a special connection, as do their parents --- after having shared some pretty unforgettable experiences.

Nous sommes très contents d'avoir eu la chance de vous revoir et Aveleen a eu une belle visite avec ses petites cousines Chinoises! J'espère qu'on vous verra encore bientôt!

Love Aveleen's boots! She looks so concerned/curious about the crying little girl. Priceless :-)

Looks like all your sisters are happily settled, Aveleen. Their parents look happy and settled, too. Wonderful to see these photos of your extended family which I hope to meet one day. Much love, Nai nai
